Individual psychotherapy for adults 18 years of age and older
Conditions Treated
- Anxiety disorders (panic disorder, phobias, social anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, etc.)
- Mood disorders (depression, dysthymia, bipolar disorder)
- Life transitions (such as divorce, career change), and stage-of-life events (such as starting college, having a baby, kids leaving home, coping with one's own aging or aging parents)
- Coping with difficult relationships, such as a highly narcissistic spouse/relative, friend or co-worker
Fees/Payment/Insurance
Fees:
Initial evaluation session (50-60 minutes) is $250
Subsequent therapy sessions (50 minutes) are $195
Payment:
Cash, checks, Venmo or IvyPay are accepted for payment, which is requested at time of service.
Insurance:
I am in-network for Blue Cross Blue Shield plans and Medicare.
Even if you have these insurance plans, to ensure benefits you should call you insurance company before the first appointment to determine if services must be pre-authorized. You should also ask what your co-payment will be and if you have a deductible.
