Education and Experience

My education and training have provided me with excellent opportunities to learn a very diverse array of theories and therapy approaches. This give me a variety of tools to understand a client's personality and experiences and to formulate treatment options that best suit the client's needs and preferences.

For example, some problems may be best addressed using a more directive, structured approach, while others might require a more depth-oriented, open-ended strategy. Over time, the treatment strategy might change depending on a client's needs, Flexibility is an important aspect of successful therapy.
